Need of V2V: According to WHO(World Health Organization), road traffic accidents caused death estimated about 1.20 million in the world each year. In USA over 37,000 people die in road crashes each year and additionally 2.35 million are being injured or disabled.  About 450,000 accidents happen in India each year, of which 150,000 people lose their lives .India has the highest number of casualties in road accidents. There are 53 road accidents in the country every hour and one death every four minutes. Many densely populated cities around the world suffer from traffic congestion in road systems. It is well known that traffic congestion causes many serious problems, such as fuel consumption, air pollution and the waste of time for vehicle drivers.
